Growatt axe 5.0-c1 battery sleeping?

I’m super excited to get this all going and I finally have everything in my possession after months of waiting and my battery won’t power my inverter.
I purchased the battery from signature solar and I’m wondering if anyone knows how to wake the battery up? I checked voltage at battery + and battery - and it was producing 0.2v dc and showing two bars on the battery level?

Anybody have any suggestions as to what I should try?

After sitting for months, you may need to charge the battery. I'd reach out to Sig Sol.

Definitely reach out Monday to double check - pretty sure these can be 'woken up' simply by putting a charger on them, but not 100% on that so at the very least give them a call for a ticket to be created just in case.

I actually figured as much.
I’ll just grab a charger I suppose and eventually I’m gonna make this come to life.

It’s odd how soc shows two bars which indicates %25-%50 charged?
But off of the terminals I’m getting 0.2v and then 5.0v
We have another light that is flashing green and then eventually turns to a red flash.
I wasn’t given a manual with the battery but I was able to download it off of sig solars website.
It’s got everything but it’s not very descriptive as to what you do to troubleshoot.
