SEPLOS DIY kit arrived with damages ! what is your advice ?

Hi, i received my SEPLOS MASON DIY unit 592usd + 267usd DPD shipping to France (Total = 859usd)
The parcel was not correctly protected, and here how it comes !!!

Some of you guys ever had this problem ? How you solved it ?

Jerry propose a discount for a next order, but this is not good for me, this order was for one of my customer, i can't sell this box like this, this is not profesional !
what about my image if i sell this box, even with a discount !
Also i'm not sure i will order more, i don't like the way the seller manage this problem

DPD means that Seplos should be responsible for the insurance for any damage involved, so they should ship you a new one in my opinion.

That said, most of the damage looks to be cosmetic. You may be able to straighten it out with a hammer and a punch and repaint. If you don't want to paint the whole thing, paint a different color (say red or green) around part of the box to turn the mark into an accent.

Seplos is consistently getting some bad reviews on here, unfortunately.

i believe you are already in contact with seplos , according to their fb pages.
they asked you to contact their support at once so they could help you fred ?

did you ever hear back from seplos support? I tried reaching out to them asking for the exact dimensions of the 280Ah cells that are supported in the case. Reason being is that they only specify to support EVE cells but I have different 280Ah cells.

Up till today no response yet while the email has been deilvered.
 
I ordered 3 Mason 280 units last October. 2 arrived in good condition. One was damaged. Seplos shipped a replacement. Took about a month.
Very little/poor communication, the replacement just "showed up" one day.
I have no complaints but do wish they maintained inventory in the US.
The 3 units are connected together and working ok.
