Leaving solar panels and charge controller on all of the time

HI new here. should i leave the solar canels and MPPT charge controller on all of the time seems when i turn it off at nite,and using the inverter with 2x 100ah batteries in the morning when i turn it back on SOC is at 65% the charge controller still thinks the battery is full only charging at .65a. using a 250a shunt to monitor the batteries and system, set the charge controller setting at 13.55 but it says float charge. keeps the batteries at 13.74 SOC. if i set it higher than 13.90 it goes into fault overcharge. any suggestions. type of controller is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09S9PL6DS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Is it set to LFP in the battery settings? It may be thinking you're connected to lead acids and it just hasn't dropped below the lower limit of the controller. I.E. the controller thinks your batteries are still full because the voltage is still high enough. There should be settings in there somewhere for either LFP or maybe under USER settings at which you're going to have to program stuff. I seem to recall a couple threads out here that list what all the USR settings for the various AIO's should be for LFP, you can search for that and probably get 99% of what you need.

No need to turn it off at night. They are designed to be left connected all the time and will automatically handle the night to day transitions. Otherwise, what a pain!

Controller setting battery type set for li-on is for lifepo4. 2 12v batteries both 100ah one Weize 12v lifepo4 100ah and Powr Queen 12v Lifepo4 100ah in Parallel. The links below for Batteries. Link in first post is for the charge controller.
the controller only has a few user settings through password. 1 battery AGM, Li-on, SLA GEL 12,24,36, 48 automatic. charge voltage setting only says float charge starts at 13.0 volts set for 13.55. puts my batteries at 13.8 after resting for 15min no load 13.73v. current rating 60amps set for 55. my panel total is only 27amps. discharge setting, limit uv recov 12.50, uv protect 10.80, ov recover 14.50, ov protect set for 15.25 last setting factory reset. do i need to change anything.

No LFE setting only LI-ON which is used for Lifepo4 which is what i set up from the start it started when i added the second battery, only after a couple of weeks did it start doing this . the shunt set for 200ah and 100% when fully charged
