HI new here. should i leave the solar canels and MPPT charge controller on all of the time seems when i turn it off at nite, and using the inverter with 2x 100ah batteries in the morning when i turn it back on SOC is at 65% the charge controller still thinks the battery is full only charging at .65a. using a 250a shunt to monitor the batteries and system, set the charge controller setting at 13.55 but it says float charge. keeps the batteries at 13.74 SOC. if i set it higher than 13.90 it goes into fault overcharge. any suggestions. type of controller is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09S9PL6DS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
