Powmr charge controller and battery question

Got the powmr 60a mppt charge controller and I am wondering about the voltage setup. I'm using a 24v AGM battery setup. What I have read is the batteries should be around 26v at full charge

When the controller is set on sealed lead acid battery the voltage raises up to 28-29v. Is that voltage too high for these batteries?

I changed the setting to user defined and set each setting.
24v
Boost charge 26v
Float charge 25.6v
Cut off recovery 24v
Cut off voltage 23.2v

Do these settings look good or should some of them be changed?

I was using the attached chart

If I went by the chart in the manual the boost charge and voltage would be set to 28

That's a typical resting voltage, no load or charge, of a fully charged battery. ( say 12 hours after being charged).
The battery manufacturer should be able to specify charge voltage, ( that must be higher than resting volts to force current into the battery). Typical charge voltage , absorbtion volts, ( or boost volts) will be in the region of 28.8 volts to 29.6 volts.

Without battery information I suggest,
28.8 boost, ( this is the absorbtion voltage, the charger will put energy into the battery, the bulk stage, until this voltage is reached)
27.6 float
26.4 maintaining

Not mentioned is absorbtion period, boost period, the default setting may be 2 hours. For an AGM that's cycled this may be too short. May need a longer period . Re evaluate when the system is in commission.

Cut off and recovery volts relate to load control, not charging.

The charge current available for a given battery capacity has implications, idealy for AGM a charge current of 0.2C, 20 amps per 100 Ah, is suitable. Again the battery manufacturer should be able to advise.

From the data the more ideal voltages would be,
Boost, absorbtion, 29.4
Float, 27.4
There is no maintaining/ storage option on the controller, so disregard that optional charge voltage.
