Hi, can't seem to find the answer to this! I am a little concerned that the freedom x 2000 I have may trip the BMS in my two paralleled SOK 100ah batteries after hearing how touchy they are on discharge over current. I calculate that at 87% eff 2000w equates to approx. 184 amps at 12.5v. But that would be at steady state, do the input capacitors take care of 100% of the inrush when starting loads or is there DC inrush that the batteries see as well? Just gathering the components together for my system.
If there is an inrush demand on the batteries is there a current limiter of some sort that can be installed to prevent a BMS trip?
