problems with recommended system

I would like to see the Will Prowse’s video where he recommended a 48V system and 4 100W panels…

If battleborn is warranting the failed cell, but requiring shipping to do it, I would check their warranty… but shipping is still less than getting a new cell is it not?

Can you provide more info to get better help?
What are your loads? What has changed with the system since going from 12-14 hrs to 4 at best? Why do you think one of the batteries has a problem?
How are your panels wired? What direction and angle? Do you have any production logs from your inverter?
Have you verified you don't have any parasitic loads on your system? Do have a Shunt? I could go on and on. Photos would really help.
I have 22kwh of batteries and 6kwh of panels and plan to double that.
