Bluetti AC50S errors

Hello, I am hoping some can explain what seems really weird to me. I have the 50S Bluetti and a Jackery 500. I was planning on using the Bluetti for a backup for my Cargo Trailer conversion setup. In case something happened to my main battery I have a fused jumper from the positive and negative ends of my fuse block so i can run lights, etc from the cig adapter on the 50S. Whenever I plug the system into the Bluetti I get an E27 error, I plug into the Jackery, no problems, everything comes online as I would expect (I have the solar controller and panels switched off). Anyone have any idea why the Jackery works fine but the Bluetti errors out?

I can pull 10amps from the same socket on the Bluetti, using a different load, works fine. Something about my setup in the trailer that the Bluetti does not like but the Jackery has no problem with. Now you see why it is so weird. Glad someone else is confused as well.

Not confused at all. Just trying to help you help yourself by divulging meaningful information that you already possess rather than leave us in the dark.

Connector issue?

Anything that has a surge?
Motors or something with capacitors?
Have you tried bringing it online with the jackery and then immediately switching to the Bluetti?

Sorry, did not mean to sound flip about it, appreciate any info I can get. only one car adapter hooked into trailer system, unplug from Bluetti and plug into Jackery, nothing but the portable batteries changes. Have tried quickly pulling adapter from Jackery and then into Bluetti, Bluetti fails with the E27 error, Jackery runs for hours with no errors.

When you hold back information, it's counterproductive.

Have you measured the DC current while running on the Jackery with a clamp ammeter?
Have you pulled all the fuses but one to make sure there's an absolute minimum amount of current being drawn - like a single LED bulb?
Is there any chance the trailer pigtail is not making good contact in the Bluetti socket?

Just putting this out there because I have no idea. When plugging into my system can there be some sort of spike or something where the Bluetti thinks there is a short or something, something that the Jackery has better internals that allow it to ignore whatever is happening?

That's what I was thinking when I asked if anything had a surge. Per my prior message, pull all fuses but one to a very low power circuit and see if it starts. If not, I'm thinking a bad connection. I've had some cig lighter plugs that work fine in one thing but are a bitch in another... Have to jam them in to the point that I think I'm going to break it.

Not holding information on purpose, I have ADD and my thoughts don't always make it to text in the proper order, my apologies. My shunt shows .6amps when I have a light on, I have nothing on when I plug in the Bluetti. The pigtail contact idea will be my next test. I think I used the same pigtail at home when I was able to run 10amps from the Bluetti but I am not sure. Thx for that suggestion, I tend to skip over the obvious sometimes. I will also put a clamp on and see if the draw matches my shunt.

'nuff said.

Hopefully, it's something simple.

Well, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. This is version 1.1 so don't mind the mess. I ended up moving the neg. end of the patch cable (Anderson connector in middle of pic) from the end of the fuse block to the bus bar, it now works with the Bluetti. I imagine this will be dismissed as not possible, I honestly don't see how moving the neg connection solved the problem. If anyone has an explanation as to why this worked I am all ears. Otherwise I am good with the results. I am heading out to the trailer today to test again to verify the results.
