Cycle range EASUN ISolar-SMX-II-5.6KP

I have bought the ISolar-SMX-II-5.6KP and installed a 228ah 16s DIY batterybank. The setting 04 in the manual says :
When parameter【01】=SOL/SBU, the battery
voltage is lower than the set value, the output
is switched to mains or generator from battery.
The setting range is 44V~52V.

But the setting is at 43.6V and keeps returning to that value no matter what i do. Any suggestions ?

You need to rise setting from parameter 14 (Battery undervoltage alarm point). For example, if you rise parameter 14 to 47.4V then seting 4 can be set to 47V.

I have an Easun SMXII 5.6 KW. After replacing the main board, the output to the appliances shows only 1/3 of the actual consumption. In the inverter 1/3 amp in the monitoring 1/3 Wh and amp. The technician says it's a fault of CT1 or CT2 component which are on the board. I have these components on my old board and am wondering if I should replace them. I'm afraid to interfere with it so I would like advice if this is really the cause of the problem.
