With same port , the charger will supply the load first. The balance , if any , will charge the battery. Otherwise battery will supply the balance needed by the load.

It's full. Looks perfect. The cells are well balanced at 'high knee' - the very top of the charge limit.
14.4 is pretty high - as long as bms doesn't terminate charging for cell over-voltage you can use it. I would not recommend any duration at full voltage. When it gets there it's full. Anything over 13.8V is 100% state of charge.

dear , baterry its ok, i buy epever tracer 3210 mppt, and i see in manual setting ,,user,, but i dont know good parameters for lifepo baterry.On forum see diferrent parameters, maybe you have suggestion?
Baterry its 12v block(4 pieces),thanks

The settings in your screenshot 2 are good. Can you change the Control Parameter settings in Screenshot 1 ? I will send you new settings.
