Here is a progress update:

I’ve attached everything tp a piece of plywood, which will get mounted to this dolly.

After that, I plan to purchase or perhaps build a 12 volt battery bank that will fit on the bottom of the dolly.

In the photo, I have a small (50 AH) LiFePO4 battery hooked up just to test everything out.

Tomorrow, I will hook up my solar panel and make sure that the charging is working correctly.

Incidentally, does anyone know of a frame or bracket for the display on the renown battery monitor so that I would mount it to the plywood?

Thanks,

Dave G.

It's advisable to introduce a series fuse at the positive buss bar in the cable feeding to the multi way fuse holder. The fuse holder and its internals have a maximum total current rating. For most small ancillary circuits connected to this fuse holder, a typical total current will be less than 50 amps

It sure looks familiar! The 1" metal conduit clamps are about the perfect size to get around the tubing on the cart to hold the plywood on it. As for the meter, I used a 2-gang surface mount electrical metal box and cover. With the Aili shunt the meter fit into a large power power outlet hole, but you could get a double-wide switch cover and just cut out the needed hole size.
