Growatt SPF5000ES "Grid Phase Error", "Over Temperature", Error 2

Dears,
After over 1 year of installation, I received the following 2 errors at same time for my Growatt SPF5000ES Off Grid inverter:

Event description:
Grid phase error(Warning)
Over temprature(Warning)

The red light keeps flashing, so I had to disable the alarm. Every now and then I receive an email with one of the above 2 event descriptions. The inverter keeps running and charging normally.

Any idea what needs to be done to fix this issue? I heard from the solar guys that this problem is typical for this type of inverter.

Hello did you find a solution to this? i have a similar model and get the same issue, i am not connecte to the grid dont understand why i would get a grid phase error

I have this same problem after the first repair inverter when for.

How did you fix the error?
