I bought 2 used solar cells. Each 260W solar cells. I am trying to use them with my 4 12v 100W panels.

I had the 4 12v ones totaling up to 48v, Got a new controller because i wanted to get higher volts. It does up to 100V
, so trying to get the most i can.

I am trying all the possible combinations I can. I have 3 images of configurations that i am thinking of. I may just scrap using the 4 12v, but all combined with the 12 is 900W.

What are Voc and Vmp for each panel type?
100W panels are usually low 20s Voc and around 18 Vmp.
260W are usually 60 cell with Voc around 35-40 and low 30s Vmp.

Your first schematic should work. The 100s would probably be below Vmp with reduced output. MPPT algorithm might get a big confused navigating two different P-V curves lumped together. I like the suggestion of using both controllers instead.
 
Turn your panels over, and take pics of the specifications stickers. They should have numerical values for Vmp, Voc, Isc, and Imp. We need those to make proper recommendations.

Assuming your 12V panels have a Vmp of ~20V, and your 260W ones are Vmp=30V, they can be paralleled together if the voltage strings are equal. That would mean that three of the 12V panels in series could be put into parallel with the two 260W in series. 20V + 20V + 20V = 60V = 30V + 30V.

If the smaller panels have a lower Vmp, say ~18V, that makes pairing them up harder. 6 X 18V = 90V = 3 X 30V. That would work great except that your controller only has a 100V limit, and 90V is likely to have a Voc >100V.

You really should have started the planning before starting the purchasing. It always costs more to fix your mistakes after inadequate planning.
After you get the pics/numbers, we can fine-tune the recommendations.
