issue with jackery 500

ive got a Jackery 500 only had it a couple days and im having a problem. I plugged in the charger to recharge it and nothing seems to be working. The lcd screen has gone very dark and none of the power outlets will stay on. When i plug in the charger it charges at abut 28W but the battery level stays at 0

What percentage of battery charge was the reading out of the box?

It was at about 45%, i charged it up then used it to charge my laptop. There was still about 70% when i plugged it in to recharge that's when it went bad

Time to contact Jackery to make a warranty claim.
Do you have solar panels?

Hook em up to see if they charge but I would return it as defective.

Messaged Jackery on Facebook, i bought it from Staples canada and its not one of there official stores (only amazon and jackery.com)...they said to return it
