Growatt datalogger already exists

Hi
I have two dataloggers that when I tried to configure them, the message datalogger already exist appears on the screen. I followed the steps in the manual but the GUI in the manual is different than the GUI that I used in the Growatt server, and even the GUI of the shinephone apps different too and when I connect the company technical support about a month ago didn't reply me.
The other issue is that how can I add two inverters in the same site, we tried, but we only one inverter has been added

Can you fix the problem?

I tried to get mine working for 2 months. Finally gave up and got Solar Assistant. And I couldn't be happier with my decision.
