Offgrid Solar PV with RSD system

Hi!
First time posting here!

I just want to ask for some help and insights. I am helping a school with no grid connection to build an offgrid Solar PV system. But we still want to comply with the code requirements for RSD system. Since RSD is dependent on the AC 220V line, what should I do if there is no AC power or the generated power from the offgrid system and battery is drained since we have no control of the people who wants to use the generated electricity.

It depends on what type of system you have.
RSD is handled many ways.
Only grid-tied systems use the 240v source to control RSD.

Whay kind of RSD should i use for offgrid systems?
Also the offgrid inverter has 48V dc battery and a 240V output which we will use for powering the schools. That's why I am thinking to put the RSD before the 240V AC breaker.

For Off-Grid you would most likely need to it to be a manual shut off system with a RED Emergency Power Off (EPO) button.

Something like this:

Tied into both the RSD modules and the inverter Remote Off (it it has one) or a device to cut battery power to the inverter. A Shunt trip DC breaker or Contactor.
