The more I read about both technical and customer service issues, the more worried I get about spending another $4k on a solar generator. Seems like all the big names like Bluetti, Delta, etc. have terrible service. I already spent $2k on two bluetti EB240 systems 2 years ago and neither work...

I recently finished installing an EG4 12k BTU solar mini-split. I also (yesterday) ordered 6.4kW of Canadian Solar 400W panels, a 6000xp inverter, a PowerPro wall-mount battery, and mounting hardware. I'm going to supplement an existing grid-tied 5kW/27kWh system I previously purchased from Solar City (Tesla), for far less than half the price. The new stuff will be off-grid.
All of this was purchased from Signature Solar. So far, I'm very happy with their service, and am ecstatic at their pricing.
