Class C RV, 1000 watts solar, 300ah lithiums (LiTime), 12v

I've been searching the forum but my head is spinning. I'm trying to decide what 2000 to 3000 watt inverter to buy. My budget is limited so I'm trying to stay under $350. I'm just going to wire it into my distribution panel to power common stuff like a microwave, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, etc. The Giandel 2200 looks good at $339. The Renogy 2000 is $259. I'm just looking for a recommendation. Thanks.

Buying the acociated cables, lugs and fuses may hurt your budget. I would consider it a hidden cost for sure. (I just bought lugs cables and fuses)

A few months ago I did some research on cheaper inverters. For my truck camper, knowing the duty cycle will be light, idle draw not applicable, the Giandel is relatively well received. I haven’t installed it yet, but did bench test it, seems fine. Comes with a wired remote, nice for my use. Came with small un-usable cables (don’t they all) 28 inches, 35mm2 which looked like about 2 gauge. I’ll need 1/0 or 2/0 for the occasional Keurig cup or the microwave. Planning on 700w solar, 300ah Epoch battery.
