I just replace my LV6548 inverter with EG- 4 3000 EHV. The system is: 6S 2P 240w panels. 1 EG4 LL 48v battery.
The new Inverter, started up In the bypass mode? Having little knowledge of this mode, and what would cause it, I shut down the inverter and battery and restart it again, got the same results? I posted the question to SS, have yet to get a response. hoping to get this resolved for the weekend!
Appreciate any input!
Thank You
Bill

So you repeated what you did initially without any changes and expected a different result?
Do you have the manual?

Yes, kinda like, plug N unplugging sometimes will result in a different outcome! YesI do have a manual, I could have missed something. That's why I am asking here in the beginers section, where I might get some help!

These are not necessarily plug and Play units.
Link to the manual please.
Photo of the sticker on the back of your solar panels.
Photo of your setup.

TomC4306 seeing that SS posted here, I am waiting on a pesponse from you. I started working with you and will continue with you unless you have no solution!
Please Advise
I thank you for your input so far!

What happens if you turn AC input off (and/or startup with AC input turned off)?
I Just tested that: With the battery turned on and voltage at 53.5? It shows no AC input and no AC output. ?
Appreciate the question!

You do know, I hope, that there is an on/off switch for the inverter circuit inside your all in one .
Battery hooked up, AC in turned off.

AIO switch turned ON.

Well, I know there is a On/OFF Switch on the bottom of the unit where all the connectors exit the unit ! I sure hope we are talking about the same Switch? ?

Wonder why you don't have the battery showing on the screen was it blinking, and you just got a picture between blinks?
You should have a battery showing but it does show you are connected in LI4 battery mode and charging the invisible battery.

That is the invertor on/off switch not necessarily the whole unit on/off.
I believe if you shut it off it will show no AC in, or AC out but still have solar charging the batteries and the unit would be officially still on.
