I have the new Eg4 6000xp installed and running great. One thing I can't figure out is how to have the solar power offset the load when in grid mode. On other eg4 inverters you can have the grid powering the load but also have any excess solar offset the load. Is there a way to do this on this inverter.

I don't thinks so. The 6000XP is an off-grid inverter. The 18Kpv is a hybrid inverter.

I notice that only two of the 3 cabinet fans run when I have a load. Does anyone have info on the 3 wires used on these fans? The new fans ordered from Digi-Key have 4 wires. Most likely PWM and TACH leads but unknown what the OEM White lead function performs.

Update: Today I connected 6 each 385W ME panels in series to PV2 port. PV voc was around 275V as expected.
Aftrer that, I expected the 6000 to charge the EG4 battery bank but the 6000 produced an assortment of faults and alarms
See attached picture. Anyone have any clues what is going on here?

In process of getting from Current Connected. In mine only the the top 2 run. I also get a fan stuck but not obstruction. CC told me its like 2 for inverter/charger, and one for PV MPPT. When I get pin out I'll loop back here. I have not used mine with PV yet still testing.

Also found out that the inverter 6kW PV inputs, (-) side can not be ground referenced as is the case with MidNite Classic 200. A mixed bag of fun on converting to new inverter/charger.
Thanks for letting me know on the 2 fan for inverter and one for PV. When I called CC, they said they have seen bad fans in the past so I just loaded for bear to replace them (now if needed).
