Did your buttons come installed? Are they just in a bag I can’t find?

Also, getting those covers off was absurd. It took me 15 different screwdrivers and I had to eventually grind one down to fit.
Even then one was stripped to begin with and I had to drill it out.

But ya anyway, where are my buttons?

Now I drilled some holes with the 5/16 masonry bit like the manual states, and its way too small for the supplied anchor bolts. Dont have the correct size, gotta wait until monday to finish mounting the equipment .My overall eg4 experience has been super fiddly so far.

ya, found it. It came loose in shipping and slid down behind the bottom cover and stuck to the side. The glue was super weak. Its a whole glass screen cover.

I'm sorry about that. Let me see what we can do to help out and fix the issue with the buttons.

Sending you a DM now.

I had the same thing with one of my batteries. Since I am installing in my garage I just reattached it. If I were going to install outside I would have second thoughts. They need to change the adhesive since it doesn’t seem to handle the thermal expansion difference between the metal and the glass.

Both of my batteries showed up the same way. The glass cover was down below behind the other cover. I stuck them back on and it’s been fine for a month now.
