Update: I just connected inverter 2 with a regular usb cable to SA and the crazy voltage deceased to exist, I have 119V on both.

Yea I know about the humming but it gets real loud randomly sounds like it's rattling every few seconds. Something like a high power bass in a sound system the rattles the vehicle and this was with very little to no load just idling. Fans were doing there normal idol sound.
