Can I get away with 2awg for this 12v system? The length will be 6 feet.

Why does Renogy, Rich Solar and most 800w solar kits configure the panels in series-parallel and not just series using a 40a mppt? This Rich Solar 800w kit uses 4x 200w 24.3v panels which would be more efficient and less wires in a series config would it not? Would it be to lower the amp load...

Do I use 2,4 or 6 awg to connect between the batteries?

As I'm only using it as a disconnect, my 2P disconnect from panels to SCC should be as big amps/volts as possible correct? As I understand it using a 2P is required because I am not grounding my panels.

Say if I have 2400ah batteries and my area has 3.5 hours of peak sun (2400/3.5) I'll need around 700w, is it correct to get 1400w to account for any loss?

Besides cost, which is better 24v or 12v for my new 800w system? Im gonna build one of these. I don't need 12v dc and I have never used or build a 24v setup before.

Anyone own a Titan solar generator? What has been the experience so far? Thinking of getting 2x Titan each with 2k solar panels for a permanent off grid cabin in ID. Looks like a simple quick solution.

Both the Victron 60/70a are rated for over 800w panels, will they both charge a 2400 watt hour lifepo4 at the same rate/time? 2400wh / 3 hrs peak sun = 800w

Which 800w setup do you prefer & why? I am trying to learn 24v vs. 12v.
