Why would you want the AC only version? If you get the straight from solar you can use grid AC or your grid tied system or slap some used panels up for assisting on the cheap.

My Goodman lasted 9 years and then compressor gave up the ghost....that led me to install two 24K EG4 direct from solar units....so far so good.

Well, well, well.....MC4 positive male end was not connected in the connector...the one deep inside the unit, not the easy to reach one sticking out of the case...glad it was not touching ground in the case. Up and running. Unit number 4.
