Eg4 air conditioner 12kw

Hi friends, my EG4 AC 12kw,showing error code H5 or HS and shutdown. After 30 minutes I got restarted the unit in order for it work. Anyone knows what this code is ?

I believe it is in the defrost cycle...it should restart on its own.

I remembered I saw it in the newer manual. Yes let it go it will shortly restart on its own (Edit, hmm never seen 30 minutes?) Other manufacturers use something obvious like "dF". ?‍

Thanks for this graphic. I've searched high and low for a list of display codes to no avail. Please tell me where you found this so I can download it. The manuals I have and can find do not include this list.

It's no wonder you can't find it. When EG4 started selling the non Solar hybrid / DIY lineset version this year, they also produced a new manual for it. The codes are in there.

yea at first I was like wtf they have an ac that uses 12kw lool
then realized he means 12k / 12,000 btu
