I have done it now. Went to connect to my jkbms and I can’t pair it. I am pretty certain of the password I reset it to but it’s not working. Does anyone know the process to do a factory rest or is there a “master password” other than the 1234 that I already changed? Help is appreciated.

Yes I went ahead and cut each on to length as needed. Using the JKBMS app, there is no more than .002V resistence difference among all cells. Pretty much the same as before I cut them. IMO, no difference whatsoever.

As I was assembling my 16s 48V pack, my OCD couldn't help but to think about how the wires would look a whole lot better if I was able to shorten some of them to match lengths so there wasn't all of the excess on the ones closer to the BMS connections. I know resistance, wire size, etc does or...

yep. I am on 4.10.1 and i am getting voltage on all pins that is adding up to the pack voltage at #16 @ 55.91V.

no it means i checked each wire for continuity from the terminal end through the plug connector to make sure each plug was good. I also checked voltages at each cell and they are fine. I have done the easy/obvious stuff. But just to put it to bed, I will do this the next time I am messing with...

In the pic here I swapped the #2 and #3 leads. The data did move but not to #3 as I would have expected. It went to #4. ?‍♂️. I thought JK was a good brand. Am I missing something? Seems very odd new out of the box.
