About a year ago I assembled a 12v 200ah battery with cells sourced from AliExpress and an Overkill Solar BMS. Trying to charge this battery using a bench power supply and getting a constant over-voltage alert. With no load and not charging, I get a voltage difference of 0.004v. When applying current to charge, 1 cell is jumping to 3.84v while the rest are at 3.31v. Charging at 14.0v, 5 amps. Anything I can do to save this cell or is it toast?

What have you been doing with it since "about a year ago."?

Triple check that all connections are good, including sense wires, and that no shrink or washers are in the current path.
