Hey all, on a TOU plan here in TX with free nights from 2000-0600 so I'm trying to set up my inverter to Charge the batteries from AC at night and use SBU from 0600-2000. Kinda works but there have been some hiccups where the inverter wants to pull power from the grid. For instance, this morning the inverter didn't start using battery power until 0618 and even had a blip of grid usage that didn't go anywhere at 0627. I've also checked the time on the unit and the time zones in the monitoring website and everything is correct.

Posting screenshots of usage and settings here in hopes that someone can help me figure this out.

What batteries do you have and how many?

Feel free to send me a direct message, and I can review your data and settings to ensure everything is correct.

Shout to Eric for figuring out what the problem is. We'll see in the next few days if it's solved.

The problem is my grid frequency and voltage were higher than the setpoints. Recommendation from Eric was "setting the "Grid Freq Connect High (Hz)" to "61" and setting the "Grid Volt Connect High(V)" to "253"."
