My set up, 2000w renogy 12 v invertor , victron smart solar mppt 100/50 controller , 6-100 watt panels in series parallel giving 66.6 volts and 10 amps with 4-trojan T105 225 amp hour batteries giving me 450 amp hours , using approx 500 wh per day with 3 days of not much sun i think i should be all right, now first question, what do you think of my set up, second question, if i have a bad weather event and need to put a charger on to bring the batteries up do i need to disconect the solar panels or other hardware before charging with the generator and battery charger

1) sounds about right for the task.

50A charging for 450Ah is about right.
500Wh is about 10% of the total capacity. 50% is 2700Wh, so nearly 5 days @ 500Wh
