I have 4- 48v AOlithium batteries. They unfortunately don’t have the standard lugs for connection. See picture. They also come with 3/0 cables with weird connectors. My question is in regards to the 3/0 wire that goes from the batteries to the AIO. I want to add a tclass fuse to the wire. I have a lot of extra 4/0 wire . It’s it possible to add 4/0 wire after I install the tclass fuse? So it would go 3/0 wire, t lclass fuse, 4/0 wire to the all-in-one. Or will that cause an issue?

There is nothing wrong with switching to a larger gauge cable if the fuse is rated for the smaller one.

AO offers a cable with the strange connector to lug terminal. Need to call them if you don't want to hack up your cables

They send you two long cables. The both have the weird connection on one end and a lug on the other end.
