They are welded studs, I was only discussing why I'm selling as I cannot use them.$656/4=$164 per cell...
Your original picture shows studs....I am confused.
Which is still a lot less than most us suppliers charge.$656/4=$164 per cell...

Since the welded studs are higher than my flat ones it would mean putting some form of spacer on every cell in the bank.Odd, I have cells with Welded Stud and no studs, just M6 screw holes. Even have one pack of mixed and no issues at all.
....or make a few flexible busbars using cable?Since the welded studs are higher than my flat ones it would mean putting some form of spacer on every cell in the bank.
The problem is I have already purchased the bulk of the 192 batteries and made all the busbars. I purchased the grub screws 384 of them based on my bus-bar thickness. I needed 1 extra battery and wanted a few spares. If I wanted to keep them as spares and I had a problem in order to use one I would have to purchase spacers or flexible cables. Lets say the issue was in the back 8 cell group the flexible cable would force me to remove an expensive busbar. Same for spacers they would introduce to much for me and force me to take the whole pack apart. The bus bars were roughly $1400 and couple months of work so I would prefer to stick with eve not weld studs. I would rather loose some money than introduce more changes at the moment.....or make a few flexible busbars using cable?
This would be trivial to do.....or make a few flexible busbars using cable?
Considering these busbars are 3 inch by .25, 22 inches and 11 inches in lenght I will not be able to bend these to easy.Gee, I just bent a step into a busbar using a vice and tools (autobody/restoration was a hobby so equipped). Amy is now also adding a longer busbar for building "Block Packs" to make it even easier for folks. Using a spacer under a busbar never occurred to me, I guess the natural default of knowing that would not be the brightest idea, was at play. I also have real FlexBars which I use for my Shunt-dcc connections but those are ludicrously expensive and not doing that again. (cost me $140 USD for 5 by the time they arrived at my door, quite a scam played with the shipping, courier which I had no options... $50 just to UPS on top of the shipping fees... Import fees, brokerage and service charges...
Link to THE US Company that pulled this, it maybe ok inside US Borders but forget it if it goes out of USA.
