400W 12V Solar Panel 20"X 26"

Hello! I have looking at these 400W 12v panels on eBay. They are hard frame panels that are 20"X 26".
I didn't know they made panels that small that put out 400W.
Can somebody tell me if they do or is this some false advertising?

If you multiply the stated Vmp x Imp, you get 50W.... maybe if the panel catches on fire, it'll generate 400W of heat.

A reasonable initial estimate of rated output is measuring the surface area of any panel multiply by 1000W/ m2 multiply by 20% efficiency.

I just wanted to share a FRAUD Solar panel my friend was looking at getting on Amazon:

That would be a nice 300w panel - if it were true.

It looks good and the math is right Vmp & Imp.

But what caught my eye was it was approximately the same size as my 200w panels.

I hate scumbags…
