6 puck lights on their own dimmer not getting as bright, replaced dimmer but that didn't work waaat?!

head scratcher for me. not sure what the next thing to check would be? it's only affecting the 6 lights on the one dimmer i just replaced so i'm stumped.

Throw a meter on the legs, curious what the voltage in is VS the voltage out. You may have a voltage drop in there.

The potentiometer may be getting stopped by the knob before it hits full power.

Did they ever give full brightness or is this a new installation that is not working as expected?
If it is new then you may have a wiring issue, like some bulbs connected in series or the combined wattage may be exceeding what the dimmer can handle.
