Adding 10 new panels to growatt 5000es setup

Hello everyone! I am working on testing a new location on my property for my solar panels. I have 50 used santan solar panels specs in pic attached.

Thinking of a 5s2p setup

Is my math correct that it should give me
Vos 188
Amp 13.22
And max watt 2500
Low temps in my area rarely get below 25 degrees F.

It's been awhile since I've setup my original system and just wanted to confirm.

Growatt 5000es has a minimum operating voltage of 150vdc

Any other more optimal arrangements for my test? If this works I think my setup will be 10s2p per inverter ( unless there is a better arrangement. I have 3 x 5000es max pv of 15,000. All of my batteries are diy LifePo4 16s 48v 280ah cells. Currently have 2 banks and building a 3rd.

I have similar panels and the same Growatt's.
I'm running 10s2p to all of them. It works very well.
