On my rv I have two Qcell 395 panels with with two Victron 100/50 scc....I'm going to add two Renogy 320 watt panels..

Can I connect these two in series to one Victron 100/50 scc or is there a better way to add them to get the most efficiency ?

Pmax...320w
Voc...40.1v
Lsc..10.36a
Vmp.32.7v
Imp..9.7v

What is the VoC on the Qcells?

I'd run the renogy in series to 1 mppt and the qcells in parallel to the other, if the VoC is 45v or higher. This will give you some headroom for cold temperatures.

So to answer your question, maybe yes.
