Hey guys! I've been trying to find all the information i need to make this a reality and this is the best channel ever! Super pumped to get my battery all set up and ready to go. Im making this for my Mom who has a CPAP machine who she wants to be able to run it when the power goes out. I bought the lifpo4 3500wa batteries and the all in one. The one thing im wondering is on the site there are listed settings and it seems like its for a 24 v system. I'm looking for help on the settings for 26,27 and 29 for a 12v system to make sure i set it up right. Has anyone else set this up and have a list of the settings they used?

divide the settings by 2 to get the 12 volt settings from a 24 volt system

Will lists his recommended settings on his website. As BenCos18 said, divide by 2.
I'm also struggling with my bms. Not sure why it says 57 percent when the batteries are fully charged...

A cell is fully charged when the voltage is 3.65 volts. Unless I am missing something your cells are not anywhere near that. Also the capacity will not be accurate until you fully charge and discharge your battery. It takes at least 1 cycle to get an accurate capacity reading.

if you want to really know your batteries capacity, you need to use a current shunt like the victron smartshunt; voltage readings for lifepo4 are most ly useless.
With this chemistry the only thing you can really tell is when they 98%+ full 3.5V, and when they are mostly empty, less than 3V.

I bought the MPP PIP1012 LV-MS. when I opened the users manual on page one it says Under SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS #2 CAUTION "CHARGE ONLY DEEP-CYCLE BATTERIES. The software CD has only two options, FLOODED OR AGM.
I also just bought Lithium batteries.
Do I need to return this unit? Thanks in advance.

Dont return it, there should be a "User" Setting, where you can define the battery bulk/float voltages yourself.
