Anker 767 solar panel question

I was looking at the yolaness 280 watt portable solar panels.
27.5 voc
12.6 amps
280 watts
Can I run these 2s2p for anker 767?
55 voc and 25 amps? Which is 5 over amps?

Any kind of overcurrent is not recommended as it will possibly burn the other devices.

Ok thankyou I was afraid that was going to be the answer. I saw other people say that amps are drawn and not pushed. So I thought maybe it would be ok. I appreciate the response!
