Hello to all.!!!
One battery voltage from my 16 batteries kit is low.....its 3.024 mV all the others cells is between 3.293-3.295 mV.
My batteries kit is SEPLOS MASON with BMS 200A with Bluetooth. And 280AH batteries.
Can someone help me.
Thanks in advance.

Were they top balanced first? If so, check connections around that cell.

I dont know before because i use the batteries for a while ...some days without bms only with my Growatt.
And after i buy bms with Bluetooth ill will check connection when i open it .

It won't hurt if you actually top balance while you've got it open .... Make sure you do it correctly though and change the way the cells are currently connected

You mean to change the batteries for example to put the 10 to another place .?do you know how to balance my batteries if the connections are ok?

Personally, rather than re-configuring and doing top balance (as only 1 cell is low voltage) I'd...

1) re-do the connections around cell 10, as it may have been a high resistance connection that caused that one cell to underperform
2) charge the whole pack up to full (maybe 3.45 to 3.5V per cell)
3) disconnect inverter and then charge up just cell 10 using an isolated bench PSU to match the other cells.

Do monitor carefully the voltage of cell 10 with a multi-meter so as not to overcharge it.

P.S. as detailed in my posting here..

So i must find a charger to change only the one cell that is low and put it to the same voltage as the other .

Yes, but you'll need a charger whether you do a top balance or just bring the one cell back up.

You might want to consider an active balancer, preferably a smart one.
If you hook this one up and configure properly the pack will balance pretty fast.

Guy's i discharge the battery ..i turn to change from utility..and seems battery number 10 to going well..i will let to charge to 100% to see if will recover.insend you photo of my status of my batteries

I am not familiar with Seplos, but something isn't right... it is saying battery voltage is 5431V, SOC=491% and SOH=1000%.

Looks like there is an error of 100x with battery voltage, 10x with SOC and 10x with SOH.

I fix it thanks to all

There is only 1 problem with you battery, it is severely unbalanced, and you seplos BMS is doing it's job : protecting your cells.

You have 2 options
1. Buy a lab charger and charge all individual cells to 3.45v and untill amps go down to 1a.

2. Buy an active balancer ( I use the neey 4a ) , this will take longer, but is much more of a permanent solution.

No amount of charging/discharging will fix this huge imbalanced battery

After you're done balancing, you need to calibrate the BMS so it displays the correct SOC.
this is done by charging untill battery cuts off charging, then discharging untill BMS cuts off discharging

Furthermore, as noted in the manual, look at your decimal settings in the windows control panel under country/region -> more settings.
What is now a . , should be a ,

All of this can be found in the manual, which can be found in the resources section of the forum
