So I decided to take a chance on Battero Tech BT280 3.2V 280Ah LiFePO4 Cells for US$55/cell shipped from China.
I place an order on Nov 22 2023, received them (4 cells) on Dec 31 2023.
Top balance and ran the test as a 12.8V pack, I get 293Ah from it and have it installed in my system since then and still doing good, 50A is about typical current draws most of the time.
The total price was $330.95, it comes with bus bars, nuts, and insulation sheets.
They now have them in US stock for $89/cell with free shipping.
Notes: I wish the welded on studs have more contact areas.

I was just looking at these. What attracted me about them was the $55 price point from china, but shipping to me would have been $17xx in total for 18 cells. Now they have america stock, 18 cells ships for free to me for $16xx, which is a super deal.

I say 18 cells because I know they're grade B so I was thinking it would be a good idea to have 2 spares.

What size threads are those studs?

Those have to be the smallest shoulders on those studs for contact area I’ve ever seen.

The contact area is a small concern of mine, but it doesn't look much worse than my LF230s.

You could find, or make, a bushing to contact the larger base... maybe with a spring washer to ensure contact.
