battery fuse blows, bad when inverter & pv are still on?

When a battery is disconnected from an all-in-one off-grid inverter because a fuse in between blows up, would that create a problem with the still powered on inverter and PV?

What caused the fuse to 'blow up'?
I'm still in the process of designing with safety measures in mind, so i'm trying to identify different scenarios. My first thought is put a shunt trip circuit breaker ABB or Eaton that disconnects battery and another breaker for inverter. Use a relay to turn on a 24v dc supply to activate the shunt. I wanted to see how others designed there's.

I was just wondering this same thing putting mine together today. Trying to design it right, but if for some reason the batteries disconnect inadvertantly due blown fuse, my error in calculation or defect in fuse itself, PV could still be flowing, which is heavily frowned on. I don't know yet, but an looking forward to input from others.
