Hello people, just would like to ask what I should expect as balancing function when connecting this 4S BMS Balance to 4S8P Li-on 18650 batteries (3,7V).
I did it an hour ago with 3S 8P at 4,2V and the fourth 8P module at 3,6V (= 4S8P) expecting that by now the 4,2V would be 4,1V and the 3,6V maybe 3,7V. For now voltage of the batteries is the same and the BMS shows right voltage and only a little bit of warmth.
Am I understanding the BMS working principle wrong? Or just too cheap BMS to provide such function? Maybe balancing current is so low that it will take many hours to happen?
Thanks for your replies.
