It's funny how the Chinese New Year completely disrupts the entire supply chain. :)

I have my harnesses all made, my BMS's ready to go, and 8 cent connectors somewhere in the universe are holding me up connecting the two BMS'es.

I am using AnyDesk to remote into the tablets.
The tablets are used to only run the BMS software.
32 cells monitored with balancing ability (8 on an ISDT Battery Go, pretending to be important)

The first wire harness a couple of weeks ago, pretty helter-skelter there.
Now the bottom harness, functionally identical, but about 10,000 easier to make and much prettier.

Packs 10 and 11 (the bottom set)

I have the same BMS as yours (Ant BMS)

The 200mA Balance Current is too slow for this thing...

and My pack has one cell about 0.063V out of balance. no idea how i should fix it...

Charge the battery, turn off the charger, let the BMS balance. Let the battery sit.
Use the battery, don't worry about it too much. One of the cells in my setup is a dud, but it hides as normal when charged.

200 mA is about the largest you can get for a BMS.
Here is a 6 amp balancer:
