Can anyone identify this capacity Tester ?

Does anyone have the make and model of this particular capacity tester?
I would like to get this exact tester, but I can not find any information on it.
It is featured in Will Prowse's youtube video, but the link he posted for the tester is no good any more.

Any reason you want that exact model? The newer versions have a color display and voltage sense leads which IMO are much better.

Merely only my confidence based on Will's comments after he used it, and the bang for the buck. But that video is 4 years old, and your comment makes sense. The color display is of no value, but the voltage sense leads do. Who is the manufacture of WIll's device? Are the new ones from the same manufacturer? do you recommend a model ?
