Seeking capacity tester information

Hi all, I am looking to purchase a capacity tester and had pretty much decided on the Zketech EBC-A40L but then I ran across this 50a one. Does anyone have any experience / information/advice to share about it?

1-5v of discharge means you can only test individual cells and not a full battery. Really limits you.

Yes, that is all I need. Building 2 24v batteries and want to test the cells to verify I got good ones and match them as best I can. I have other options to test the assembled batteries. Interested in this tester because they claim it will do 50a compared to 40a for the Zketech. It would save about 1 and a half hours each way with the charge/discharge.
