Can I mix these panels?

I've been running two similar HQST 100w panels in parallel and want to double the panels and run them 2S2P, so two roof-mounted flexible panels and two rigid panels as a suitcase. The problem is one of the rigid panels is backordered and now I need it overnight. Can I run this other brand's similarly-spec'd panel?

Bonus question: Any need to fuse each string or is a single fuse ok? I currently have a single 30-amp breaker between the panels and MPPT.

Yep. You'll see a 5% performance penalty due to mismatches in Vmp/Imp.

Fusing is only required for 3P or more.
