I did as support suggested and updated the firmware on one of my SRNE inverters. When it restarted I was told to hold down the up and down arrows to do a factory reset. That does nothing. I tried all the combinations of with the 4 buttons but no luck. I have another one and was trying to figure out how to read the firmware from my good one so I can get this one back going. I do not see a jtag port on the board.
