can I get a opinion if these cells are matched properly, a mix up with shipping has sent me two cells that were not matched with the rest. cells #21 and 23 are the the two that got swapped

I can barely read it, but the caps look to be 288-292.

IR is .14-.16.

Voltages look damn close.

Without a key to the 3 voltage columns, their meaning is in question.

Are they matched properly? Does anybody really have any objective information that can define "matched properly?"

I don't.

BUT, those data indicate those cells appear to be well matched to each other.

I would like to see them charged to full. Sit for a month and then re-check voltages and re-charge to full. Compare results.

hopefully this pic is easier to read

I suspect OCV1 and OCV2 are resting voltage some time after discharge.

OCV3 is likely the resting voltage after charging prior to shipment.

Ri1, 2 and 3, are the internal resistance measurements at each voltage.
