The standard line about 'mixing' batteries in parallel is that if their internal resistances aren't close enough to identical, they will drift 'out of balance'. Whether that is an issue at all in your use case, or whether it happens primarily because of differences in wiring resistances vs internal resistances of the batteries, is another question. There's a real good chance it will be completely fine.
