I'm going to have two General Electric THQL21100 Thick Series 2-Pole 100-AMP Circuit Breakers like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BQKDDW feeding a load center as an AC Combiner.

I'd like something to connect the two breakers together so they both turn on and off at the same time, so my parallel EG4 18Kpv inverters can feed the AC Combiner at the same time (and also facilitate an interlockit.com transfer switch).

What's the name of the bar that goes across the breakers and causes them to trip or turn on/off at the same time? Some of my other breaks have a bar across them that says "Common Int Trip", but that's probably an internal thing, and I want something external.

Thanks!

You would be looking for something like this you could snag the bar from, to my knowledge they do not make such a device for aftermarket modifications.
However they may make a quad breaker in the flavor your looking for and you could modify a bar from a 2 pole breaker to interlock all 4 handles on a quad breaker
ETA your prolly gonna be hard pressed to find a quad that size..

Wow, that's it, or https://www.electrical.com/Products/Circuit-Breakers-General-Electric/THQMV100WL is it, but wow! Not sure how two $25 breakers turn into a $250 breaker...

I believe some brands have busbars listed for 150-200A plug on breakers to feed other panels.

Maybe MCB DIN breakers are available in the current range. There are sometimes more accessories available for DIN, with the big overseas market and industrial / controls panel market

Thats a main breaker...it only has 2 inputs. I did google 4 pole breaker tie and was surprised to get some hit for square d and other generic stuff but its gonna be a diy solution dont think youll find anything factory
Looks like I’m searching for

GE TQ4HTK Handle Tie Kit

But it doesn’t look easy to source in small quantities. (I only need 1 but would buy two or so if I had to). Wonder if my AHJ would accept 3-D printed. 😁
Thanks, all!

Ah, I don’t want a main breaker, I want something that can sit on one side of a PowerMark Gold Load Center.

Depends on how smart he his and how good the print is lol

When being creative take the time to make things look professional and factory as possible as to not throw up red flags haha

This is not an example that is a modded 150a main breaker

I'm not a 100% sure they're making that
This is a main breaker
I thought it was when I ordered it but once I received it realized it wouldn't fit into my panel
But when comparing to another double Pole breaker realized it had the same casting lines so with a little bit of hacksaw and file work on the back end it fit like a glove, all I had to do was follow the line. I wish I had taken pics of that.
They do make something similar but it only has 2 lugs.
I prefer my method for ease of wire management
