Connecting Felicity Solar Battery to Synsynk Inverter - BMS problem

I have a Sunsynk 16KW Single Phase inverter and 4 x Felicity Solar Batteries 12.5KW each (LPBF48250). I am having trouble with the BMS connection. Already made the correct RS485 cable (PIN 5,6 on Battery and PIN 1,2 on inverter). Battery communication through RS485 port. LiPO selected, protocol 12. Battery dip switches set to Bat1: 10001, Bat2: 01000, Bat3: 11000, Bat4: 00101. I keep getting a communication error on the inverter. Any help/ suggestions?

I'm having a similar problem with customer system battery just jumps to 0 soc randomly

Set Dip switches as following:

B1: 10000 <<<<<<<
B2: 01000
B3: 11000
B4: 00101

and double check your data cable
