Connecting grid to all in one inverter

Hi Guys, just a little direction so I can advise my very professional, but not solar experienced, electrician. I am in France with a 230v 9kw grid feed coming in. I am installing a 7.2kw AIO Orient Power ( EG4 clone) with 5kw of solar and, at present, no batteries. I am still confused about where I take the feed from the grid to go to AC in on the inverter. Do we just divert the main feed from the grid to the AC in and then the AC out goes to where the grid feed connected to the main panel originally ( with suitable by pass and breakers of course ).

Also, if the inverter is set to SUB and my loads exceed solar input and/or the 7.2kw inverter output does the grid just top up the load either way . We would very rarely exceed 7.2kw loads as long as we are sensible !!

I do NOT want to install a sub panel and divert critical loads as I believe this inverter can do what I want it to do.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
